Definition of the A-DERMA brand platform
I’ve been working with GreenFlex for 2 years now on an in-depth project related to the Brand Platform.
Based on a complete and highly qualitative audit, we have identified and “verbalised” A-DERMA’ strong points, and then we decided on 3 main strategic areas to develop for the future and have undertaken to perform concrete actions that will support this.
As time goes by, we are increasingly confident that this work has considerably clarified and structured our internal thoughts… with the main advantage being a collaborative way of working together that is very enjoyable, supported by strong input from GreenFlex about the CSR vision and trends as well as sustainable consumption.
